Apparently this didn't bother him at all, because he then called back to say that he understood my concerns. Apparently he realised that it was important for his clinic to maintain good relations with its customers, and that he would set things up so that my website would continue to be advertised on his website. The lady on the other end of the line seemed to be happy to answer my questions, so maybe I should stick to my guns after all.
